Managing partners and co-founders of The Agency Denver, Jared Blank and Kacey Bingham serve the greater metro Denver area with over a decade of real estate experience. Their team also offers vast new development experience—ranging from multi- family projects to custom, single- family homes. In 2019, they successfully sold all residences within a 64-unit condominium conversion project, exceeding all goals and projections from the developer. They specialize in assisting developers throughout every step of the process, from land curation to final product marketing strategy. Their team is consistently recognized by the Denver Board of Realtors as one of the top teams in Colorado, and they are ranked among the top 1⁄2 of 1% of real estate brokers in Denver by sales production.
